This class covers what to expect during postpartum recovery, emotional and physical changes, newborn behavior, feeding basics, and soothing techniques. Gain practical skills and confidence for the first weeks at home—with care for both baby and you. All classes are $30 each, or $75 for all three classes. Purchase includes access for both parents.
